💎 Diamond Membership Explained
👉 The Diamond Member Card costs $100 and contains $150 worth of wash credits
👉 A standard wash cycle is priced at $9.90
👉 Your $150 credits will get you at least 15 wash cycles (15 × $9.90)
🏆 Your effective cost: 15 washes for $100 = roughly $6.60 per wash
Be aware of BBC's expensive night parking charges after 10PM (flat $6.54 per entry). If you need to wash your car after 10PM, please remember to take your complimentary coupon* from the dispenser (operational after 10pm daily)

ALWAYS wait for the wash bay to be completely empty and the shutter/barrier to be fully open before tapping your card. Tapping while another car is inside can cause system errors or your money to be "eaten"
Orchid Country Club outlet operates from 6:00AM to 1am (next day) only, as the club closes its main gate. Plan your visit accordingly.
Step to take when you run out of credits and want to top up for more dazzling washes.
You keep the same deal as before. e.g. $100 for $150 credits (Diamond)

We will check your membership number and double confirm your credit value
We will send you a payment link (Paynow QR) and you can simply top up the same amount you paid originally ($100/$200 etc). You will get the same deal as before
Once we receive confirmation from the bank, we will top up your card and you may continue washing immediately.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace your card for free. Our master franchiser does not allow us to.
What we can do is allow you to buy a new card, and we do a balance transfer from the old card to your new card.

🔄 Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp to start the refund (⚠️ Important)
Step 2: Return the member card to us at any outlet drop box
Step 3: After we retrieve the card from the drop box, we will verify eligibility
Step 4: We will initiate a full refund once verification is complete
⚠️ Important Note: Refunds may take any where between 7-14 working days to appear back in your account - set by payment processors and banks, not us.
