First Wash Promotion:
Customers who avail of our First Wash Promotion are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
Refund request within 30 days of purchase: A full refund is available if you request it within 30 days of purchasing the First Wash Promotion, and have only used used credits equivalent to one car wash or less.
Membership:
Our Membership offers $150 worth of credits for a payment of $100. Refunds are subject to these terms:
Refund request within 30 days of purchase: A full refund is available if you request it within 30 days of purchasing the Membership, and have only used used credits equivalent to one car wash or less.
No refund after multiple washes: If your Membership credits are used for more than one car wash or a refund is requested after 30 days, you are not eligible for a refund.
General Refund Conditions:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or reimbursement via PayNow (at Driveline Innovations Pte. Ltd. discretion) within 14 business days.
Exclusions:
No refunds will be provided for any additional services purchased beyond the First Wash Promotion or Membership credits.
