1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Driveline Innovations Pte. Ltd. (“Driveline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) touchless car wash services, website (clean.driveline.sg), and related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Driveline operates automated, touchless, brushless car wash facilities across Singapore, providing:
• 8-minute touchless car wash cycles
• 24/7 access at EBC, BBC, and REVV outlets
• 7AM-12AM access at OCC outlet
• Membership services with prepaid credits
• Professional-grade cleaning with water wax application
3. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS
3.1 Vehicle Specifications
• Maximum height: 2.0 meters (including racks, antennas, accessories)
• Maximum width: 2.0 meters (including accessories and all other add-ons)
• Maximum length: 5.3 meters (including accessories and all other add-ons)
• Permitted vehicles: Standard passenger cars, SUVs, goods vans within limits
• Prohibited vehicles: Lorries, motorcycles, oversized vehicles
3.2 Vehicle Condition Requirements
• Vehicles must be roadworthy and mechanically sound
• Loose or damaged parts must be secured or removed before wash
• Modified vehicles are permitted within dimensional limits but at owner’s risk
• We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles deemed unsafe
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Standard Pricing
• Single wash: S$9.90 (subject to change)
• Diamond Membership: S$100 for S$150 in wash credits (subject to change)
• Promotional pricing may vary by location and time
4.2 Payment Methods
• Credit/debit cards at payment terminals
• Driveline membership cards (prepaid credits)
• Online membership purchases via Stripe payment processing
4.3 Payment Terms
• Payment required before service commencement
• No refunds for completed services except as specified in Section 8
• Failed payments that result in no service will be investigated for refund
5. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
5.1 Membership Benefits
• Prepaid credit system (S$100 = S$150 credits)
• 2-year credit validity (refreshed with each top-up)
• Cross-location usage at all outlets
• Shareable card (not tied to specific vehicle or person)
• Promotional pricing automatically applied
5.2 Membership Obligations
• Member cards are non-transferable for commercial purposes
• Lost or stolen cards: no refunds per terms (case-by-case exceptions may apply)
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
• Membership subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
6. FACILITY USAGE AND SAFETY
6.1 Customer Obligations
• Remain in vehicle throughout entire wash cycle
• Keep all windows and doors closed during wash
• Engage parking brake and turn off engine
• Follow all posted signs and terminal instructions
• Wait for wash bay to be completely empty before entering
6.2 Safety Requirements
• Do not exit vehicle during wash cycle under any circumstances
• Fold mirrors if positioned too far to either side
• Stay centered when driving into wash bay
• Report technical issues immediately using onsite QR code
• Children must be supervised at all times
6.3 Prohibited Activities
• Smoking or open flames on premises
• Bringing pets outside of vehicles
• Interfering with equipment or wash process
• Blocking access or creating disturbances
• Commercial photography without permission
7. LIABILITY AND RISK ALLOCATION
7.1 Service Limitations
• Touchless wash process minimizes but does not eliminate all risks
• Pre-existing vehicle damage may become more visible after cleaning
• We are not responsible for pre-existing paint, body, or mechanical issues
• Service effectiveness varies based on soil type and vehicle condition
7.2 Limitation of Liability (Maximum Legal Protection)
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SINGAPORE LAW:
We shall not be liable for:
• Any damage to vehicles exceeding our published dimensional limits (2.0m H/W, 5.3m L)
• Any damage caused by or arising from pre-existing vehicle defects, modifications, or poor maintenance
• Any loss or damage to personal items, accessories, or contents left in vehicles
• Any delays, interruptions, or service unavailability due to equipment maintenance, technical issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
• Any claims arising from customer failure to follow posted instructions, safety procedures, or facility rules
• Any damage to vehicles with loose, unsecured, or protruding parts
• Any pre-existing paint defects, scratches, or cosmetic issues that become more visible after cleaning
MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP: Our total liability for any single incident or claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the specific wash service, with an absolute maximum of S$50 per incident.
7.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the specific wash service giving rise to the claim.
8. REFUNDS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
8.1 Refund Policy
• First-time members: 100% refund guarantee for first wash within 30 days
• Single wash refunds: Handled case-by-case; escalated to management. No guarantee of refunds
• Technical malfunctions: Full refund for payment taken without service delivery
• Membership refunds: Available through 4-step process with 7-14 day processing time
8.2 Refund Process
1. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate refund request
2. Return membership card to outlet drop box (if applicable)
3. Verification of eligibility and transaction details
4. Refund processing (subject to payment processor timelines)
9. OPERATIONAL POLICIES
9.1 Hours of Operation
• EBC, BBC, REVV: 24/7
• OCC: 7:00AM - 12:00AM (midnight)
• Subject to maintenance windows announced on social media
9.2 Weather Policy
• Operations continue during normal rainfall
• Services may be suspended during severe weather for safety
• No refunds for weather-related personal decisions to avoid service
9.3 Maintenance and Downtime
• Scheduled maintenance communicated via social media
• Emergency repairs may cause temporary closures
• Alternative outlet locations provided when possible
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property related to Driveline services remain our exclusive property. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. TERMINATION
12.1 Termination by Customer
• Membership can be terminated with refund request following established procedures
• Remaining credits calculated on pro-rata basis where applicable
12.2 Termination by Driveline
We reserve the right to terminate service access for:
• Violation of these Terms
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Damage to facilities or equipment
13. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, or other unforeseeable events.

14.2 Governing Law

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and social media channels. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
