Will a touchless wash actually get my car clean?
It’s built for regular exterior upkeep. Two soap passes (pre-soak, then Lava Foam) loosen everyday road grime, 2,500 PSI jets rinse it off, then water wax and a powered air dry finish the job, with no brushes or cloth touching your car. It isn’t a full detail: a heavily soiled car, bonded contamination or the interior may need separate treatment.
Is it OK for ceramic coating or PPF?
No brushes or cloth touch your car. Customers with ceramic coatings and PPF haven’t complained so far. In fact, they love it. Every coating and film is different, so check your installer’s aftercare advice if you’re unsure.
What if I don’t use all my credits?
$150 of credit is 15 washes, and you have 2 years to use them. Every top-up restarts the 2 years. The card isn't tied to a name or plate, so anyone in the family can use what's left.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Buy the card and try your first member wash. If it’s not for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t used a second wash. Read the refund policy.
Are all outlets open 24/7?
Three of our four outlets are: EBC, BBC and REVV. OCC is open daily from 6am to 1am the next day. No appointment needed; waiting time depends on how busy the bay is.
How do I collect my card?
Once you’ve paid, our collection platform assigns you a lockbox automatically. Pick up your card during the outlet’s operating hours and you can wash straight away.
Will my car fit?
The bays take vehicles up to 2.0m high, 2.0m wide and 5.3m long. If your car is close to any of these, check before you buy.
How do I pay at the wash?
We’re cashless. Use your member card, or pay by credit/debit card or e-wallet.
